To apply for Christmas assistance, you must bring:
*Picture Identification for adults in the house
*ID For Kids: with birthdates on one of the following: birth certificates, tax forms, shot record
*Proof of Food Stamps Letter from DSS
*Proof of Address (electric bill)
*Income verification (check stubs, etc.) If you DON’T get EBT
*Proof of ALL household expenses if you DON’T get EBT card
