Central Middle School (336-386-4018 – Dobson):
Rt. 52N to I-74W (Exit 140). Take I-74 W to Rt. 601 (Mt. Airy/Dobson, Exit 11). Turn left on Rt. 601 and go 4 miles. Turn right on Business 601. Go to the first traffic light and turn right. Go straight through second traffic light. School is located on the left. (CMS football games are played at Surry Central High School, continue South on Rt. 601 past Dobson exit to (flashing caution traffic light.) Turn right on Rockford Road. Go to stop sign and turn right. SCHS will be on left.)
Chestnut Grove Middle School (336-983-2106 – King):
Rt. 52 S to Pinnacle exit. Turn left off exit and go to stop sign at Old 52 junction. Turn right on Old 52. Go 2.5 miles. Turn left on to Chestnut Grove Road. Go to stop sign and turn right, staying on Chestnut Grove Road. School is located on right.
Gentry Middle School (336-786-4155 – Mount Airy):
Rt. 52 N to Mount Airy. Go through 4 lights (2nd light is junction of Rt. 52 and Rt. 601. ¾ mile past 4th light exit to right towards Rt. 89. At end of the exit go left on Rt. 89 West. School is located 2 miles on left. (North Surry High School is 1 mile past Gentry)
Meadowview Middle School (336-789-0276 - Mount Airy):
Rt. 52N to I-74 W (Exit 140). Take I-74W to Rt. 601 (Mt. Airy/Dobson, Exit 11). At end of ramp go right on Rt. 601. Immediately cross to left lane and turn left onto McKinney Road. School is 2.4 miles on McKinney Road on right.
Mount Airy Middle School (336-789-9021 – Mount Airy):
Rt. 52N to Mount Airy. Exit to right on 52 Business and go 2 lights to Hamburg Street. Take right and school is located at bottom of hill on left. (Mount Airy High School is located 4 more lights and then take left on Independence. Go to third traffic light; turn right on to South Street. Take left into MAHS parking lot at next light.)
Piney Grove Middle School (336-593-4000 – Lawsonville):
Take 52S to first Pilot Mountain exit (left). Go straight 2.5 miles to “Home Folks” Texaco and take left (Rt. 268 E.) Go 8.5 miles to intersection of Rt. 66. Turn Right on to Lynchburg Road (DO not go to Rt. 66). Stay on Lynchburg Road until the intersection of Rt. 89. Turn right (east) on Rt. 89 approximately one mile. Turn left on Piney Grove Church Road. Go approximately 5 miles to school on left.
Pilot Mountain Middle School (336-368-2641 – Pilot Mountain):
Take 52 S, exit at first Pilot Mountain, exit (left exit). Merge right and go into town. Turn left on Old Westfield Road. School is on left.
Southeastern Middle School (336-591-4371 – Walnut Cove):
Rt. 52 S to Westinghouse exit. Turn left at top of ramp. Stay on this road until you come to a stop sign. Turn left onto Rt. 65. Go straight through stop light in Rural Hall. At next next stop sign in Germantown turn left. Go to the end of this road to stop sign. There should be an Ingall’s store straight across the road. Turn left and go through Walnut Cove. The school is on the right. Please use bus entrance, which is second entrance.
